 Steve Owenby - Senior Pastor: Steve serves as the Lead Pastor at ERBC. He has been married to Dawna since 1985. They have 3 children: Megan, Josh & Christy. Steve grew up in Knoxville, TN. After being honorably discharged from the Air Force he attended Liberty University and Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary where he received his MDiv. He has been pastoring since 1993.  Jason Royston - Associate Pastor/Youth Minister: Jason is the Associate Pastor and works with students and education. He has been married to Mandy since 2002. They have 3 children: Jeremiah, Samuel, and Molly Kate.. Jason has been in the ministry since 2003 working with students in Tennessee and in North Carolina. He graduated from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2004. Email - jason@erbc.org

 Doug Seymore - Pastor's Assistant/Music Director: Doug leads the Sanctuary Choir and congregational music. Preparing for and leading music in our worship services is just part of his ministry here. As Pastor's Assistant, he works closely with the Pastor and Associate Pastor in evangelistic outreach, home visitation, nursing home, hospital visitation, and assisting with other areas of ministry as needed. Doug has been married to Rena' since 1978. They have 2 children: Heather and Megan, son-in-law: Dale and 2 grandchildren: Hunter and Jordan. He has been on staff since 1997. Email -doug@erbc.org

 Millie Hughes - Church Financial Secretary: Millie has been on staff since 1995. She has been married to Ronald since 1978. They have 1 son: Dale, daughter-in-law, Heather and 2 grandsons: Hunter and Jordan. Millie loves all kinds of crafts, especially quilting and crocheting. She truly loves being church secretary and serving the Lord by serving His people in His church! Email - millie@erbc.org
